Big changes from Purchasing!

Due to the state Budget revisions we will no longer be able to reimburse for supplies and materials. In order to meet your need to purchase materials we will offer a service of placing orders for families. We can place 2 orders per year of consumable art supplies and approved books/DVD's. Consumeable art supplies purchases must not exceed what is deemed reasonable for the WSLP declared activity.   If we find that your order may conflict with what is considered reasonable and or may have sectarian content, we will let you know and you may choose other items before the order is placed.   We will be unable to do on-line subscriptions or e-books. You may include more than one of the following companies for your 1 time per semester order. Please submit all of your semester orders at one time and Please fill out a separate form for each company used. You can print the Order form off of the front page of the Purchasing website.

FEEL FREE TO BEGIN PLACING YOUR ORDERS ANYTIME!  SEE PAGE TITLED ORDERING.

Ordering Deadlines: Semester 1- Dec. 1, 2011. Semester 2-March 1, 2012

Please attach a copy of your WSLP, highlighting the items requested entered into the resource boxes of your WSLP with your order. Remember we cannot purchase materials with sectarian content.

Purchasing Deadlines

Orders:

Final date to submit your first semester order- December 1, 2011

Final date to submit your second semester order- March 1, 2012

Self-Payments:

Self pays are due in full, the same date of the class drop deadlines for each semester.

First semester self-pay deadline is Sept. 29, 2011

Second semester self-pay deadline February 9, 2012

Families: If you fail to make progress three months in a row on your WSLP your FTE will be reduced to zero starting with the first month of ‘no progress’. That means your budget will be adjusted and pro-rated for the months you were enrolled before you failed to make progress. This could result in a change to your status from having a balance to then owing the school money for services provided. Please be aware of this as you attend to your WSLP progress deadlines. Thank you!

Family Budgets

Every full-time student is alotted funds for use in the school year. These funds can be used toward classes at EHK-12 and 2 orders per year of consumable art supplies and approved books/DVD's. Consumable art supplies purchases must not exceed what is deemed reasonable for the WSLP declared activity.   If we find that your order may conflict with what is considered reasonable and or may have sectarian content, we will let you know and you may choose other items before the order is placed.   If you choose to exceed your family budget you must self pay.  Please see self payment deadlines.   If a student enrolls or withdraws during the school year, the student budget is prorated depending on the beginning and or end of enrollment dates. Budgets reflect actual time enrolled. This may result in you oweing for classes that your student is enrolled in. Balances due must be paid before withdrawal from EHK-12.

The budget allotment for a full-time student is to be determined based on the state funding announcement coming in the summer.  (Later enrollees are pro-rated by start date.) Withdrawals are also pro-rated.  You will receive information regarding that as soon as we know.
